Haven & Green is a quality, yet affordable, medium density neighbourhood in Auckland’s Westgate. Stage 1 comprises 124 individually titled lots which have been sold to Onward Homes, who are building and selling the terraced homes. Founders Group procured and managed the comprehensive design of Stage 1, including Resource Consent for the dwellings. Stage 2 comprises three superlots which have been sold to Unispot, Jebel Group and Onward Homes. Each superlot purchaser is currently in the process of obtaining Resource Consent for their respective schemes, which in total will see a further 196 homes delivered. Central to the neighbourhood, and just off Westgate Drive, will be a Pocket Park for residents and young families to enjoy.

Onward Homes took possession of the last of the Stage 1 lots in November 2022 and our civil works, by March Cato Developments, are practically complete. The Plant People are currently building the Pocket Park and we anticipate this to be completed before the end of 2022.
