Our Ryburn Showhome is ready to open! And this week we also received titles. Construction on the remaining 12 homes is going to program, with expected settlement still the middle of this year for all 13 homes.

First homes in fourth stage at Richmond almost complete

Richmond Fellow (4th stage) comprises 111 medium density homes, several green spaces including a Pocket Park and a Community building in Mount Wellington, Auckland. 99 homes have been sold to date with a further 12 for sale, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms.

Their approach to building houses is impressive to see....within 3 weeks the first block is out of the ground and cladding is starting to go on.
