11 Ryburn is sited on an elevated ridge in Mt Wellington. It is an outstanding position, and the architects designed a three-floor build to ensure each residence capitalises on views in differing directions – all the way from the Hunuas to Manukau Harbour, around to One Tree Hill and across to Mt Wellington, with the Waitematā sparkling in the background.

Construction, with Capri Construction, has been progressing with the scaffolding coming down from some blocks which clears they way for us to admire the elevated position these terraces have. Completion for all 13 homes is expected in late May and sales are ongoing. A show home will be opening mid March.
