Haven & Green is a 4ha subdivision set amongst an established residential area of Westgate, just minutes’ drive from Westgate Shopping Centre.
Founders completed all civils including roads, footpaths, services and a pocket park, and sold superlots to builders and developers. The first superlot of 124 houses are largely finished, with construction on the next superlots due to begin imminently.
Homes are mostly terrace houses, with potential for some duplex or stand-alone houses. Emphasis on quality urban design ensures Haven & Green will be a vibrant neighborhood for Kiwi families.

Our civil works on the roads and services at Haven & Green is coming to an end and we have had the pleasure of handing over our first superlot to Onward Homes. Onwards are building the first stage of terraces at Haven & Green. Their approach to building houses is impressive to see....within 3 weeks the first block is out of the ground and cladding is starting to go on.
